Kendrick Lamar Releases Untitled Unmastered

Finally, after months of waiting,  Kendrick Lamar has released some of his music to the world. Kendrick Lamar has been keeping quiet and keeping his music secretive since the release of his 'To Pimp A Butterfly" album. ~ ~ > Click Here

So without further ado, I give you, Untitled Unmastered

A dark green, textured background with the words "untitled unmastered." in white text printed at the top left corner.

It was released on March 4th, 2016 by three different labels;  Top Dawg Entertainment, Aftermath Entertainment and Interscope Records.  Please do not ask me why the album cover is just a muddy green hue. Knowing Kendrick, metaphorically, this cover most likely symbolizes something deeper an more complex than it's mediocre appearance. The entire theme of the album is perfectly described in it's opening track (which is by-far my favorite track off this album) Untitled 1.

Feautures on the album ; Terrence Martin; Thundercat; Ana Wise; Joe Baldacci; Bilal; Manny Strings; SZA; Jay Rock; Cee-lo Green; Robert Glasper; Joseph Leimberg; Dominic Angelella

If you're interested in non-stereotypical modern hip-hop, please review this album and tell me what you think.

Williard Wigan

Willard Wigan is a microscopic artist born in Birmingham, West Midlands, England and raised in Ashmore Park Estate, Wednesfield, England. Wigan started his art career at age 5 , where he reportedly made tiny ant houses because he "felt they needed a place to live". Then he began to make clothes and shoes for ants.

Before the micro-sculpting process begins, Willard meditates and enters a state of calm stiffness. His heartbeat is slowed, allowing him to reduce hand tremors and sculpt between pulse beats.

He reportedly has made over $30 million dollars on his sculptures.

All of Wigan's sculptures are microscopic. They are featured inside of the head of needles. Wigan spends hours under a microscope painting with his tools in a small container. Tools such as the leg of a fly or the whisker of a dust mite. He commented on his work saying "if I even breathe wrong, my sculpture will vanish".

This is some of his work, which is only visible under a microscope.

Conor McGregor vs. Nate Diaz

Today is a devastating and morose day for every human in the world!
The notorious , unbeatable, indescribable , amazing, champion of the world Conor McGregor was forced to take an 'L'.

Conor McGregor                              (First Name Irrelevant) Diaz

This fight was definitely fixed.

I know you're wondering what this has to do with art. Well, MMA (mixed martial arts) is a form of art. Fighting is a healthy way to let out emotions when done professionally.

McGregor is to Aebin as Kanye is to Anouk.

Kendrick Lamar's " How Much A Dollar Cost "

This is track #11 on Kendrick Lamar's "To Pimp A Butterfly" Album . Listen Here or Review Lyrics Here

This song is very special because it explores an uncommon topic or personality. Artist usually speak on their assets and kindness, but this song explores Kendrick Lamar's selfish and unemphatic side.

The song starts off with Kendrick stopping for gas and seeing a bunch of homeless people begging outside of the gas station. Kendrick is filthy rich so he could afford to give each of them 10 million dollars if he wanted, but he is very selfish with his money. All of the homeless men ask Kendrick for money, some ask for millions, some ask for thousands , but one man only asks for a single 1 dollar bill.

Kendrick goes on to curse out the man, calling him a drug addict and worthless. The man then tells Kendrick that a dollar wouldn't affect him ; that all he needed was one dollar and he wasn't a drug addict. Kendrick refuses to give the homeless man a dollar and starts to leave.

The homeless man stops Kendrick and asks him "how much does a dollar cost?" Kendrick is confused by the question and looks back at the man. The mans body begins to turn into mist and the man says "a life in heaven". Kendrick then realizes that the man was really an angel sent from heaven to test his character.

With this song, Kendrick teaches us to never get caught up in life's many riches. To always be genuine and empathetic because we never know when we will be tested.

Fixer Upper

One of my favorite forms or art is Interior Design. Interior design is the process of designing the interior decorations of a room or building. This art form is best demonstrated in a show called Fixer Upper.

This show takes place in Waco, Texas and airs on the HGTV network. It is about a guy named Chip and his wife Joanna remodeling houses. They take old or abandoned houses and remodel them into magnificent masterpieces.
Here are some of their works or art.

It takes a true artist to look at a room and totally envision a new room. You know what they ; "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder". These guys must have some beautiful eyes.
